Hi, apologies about the delay in the arrival of the item ,I shipped it the very next day but I am not sure why it is getting delayed so much,I am following the tracking,hope you get it soon.

@jented Yes, I see that too, I tried to contact them and they say due to holidays and weather conditions it could be delayed, i am so worried about that beautiful thing getting lost.
