lisamcb1 @lilacs4jen I saw your comment on the clogs and they were not broken when they left this is a post office issue not a seller issue. I wish you would have not just gave me one star maybe we could have talked about it because I definitely did not ship out broken shoes in a broken box. I'm not sure what to do now will have to let Poshmark decide can you send me pictures? my e mail is LISAMCB1@YAHOO.COM

lilacs4jen @lisamcb1 In order to start a return I had to rate because they were marked delivered. I didn’t mark them delivered. Did you? Sending pics. Already sent pics to Poshmark as well.

lisamcb1 I just contacted Poshmark to see what we do in this case when the post office damaged the item. I wouldn't expect you to pay for it at all we just have to figure out how to handle it after funds have been released. I've never run into this before and apologize for the broken shoes please and no they were not broken when I packed them they were amazing

lisamcb1 @lilacs4jen no they get marked delivered with Post Office tracking. And then Poshmark gives 3 days for you to inspect and accept and then they release the funds automatically after the third day.

lisamcb1 @lilacs4jen okay I just received your pictures let's let Poshmark handle it but I hope they don't give me a bad seller rating because this was post office involved I've never run into this before so we'll just see how it plays out but I would not expect you to pay for this of course and I would not pay for it so it may take a little time but you will get your money back I am sure I just don't know how to do it
