bdemorat @Jbeckerwest hi! Did you recently purchase a lily Pulitzer dress? Unfortunately my mom and I both sold dresses and my dad put the wrong shipping labels on 🤦🏼‍♀️ so you received a dress that was meant for @randonxo and she is receiving your lily dress. I am SO sorry! He feels terrible and my mom and I are never letting him package anything again. So I think the best thing would be for you both to return the items and we will resend them out? Ugh this is a nightmare and I am SO incredibly sorry!

mtd6 @bdemorat yes, Jennifer. I apologize. If you could just mark the package from me “return to sender” and don’t open it you won’t have to pay to retune it. We will get the dresses sorted out and resend them.

randonxo @mtd6 hi ladies.... I'm the other buyer involved here lol i wanted to point out that poshmark will send us return labels if you submit a request for "sent wrong item." under each item in "my sales," where it says, "problems/order inquiry" there is a choice to pick "sent wrong item."

jbeckerwest I was actually just logging on to confirm that I received my order. I noticed that the packing slip didn't match up, but I wasn't concerned, because it was the correct dress. @bdemorat @randonxo

bdemorat @jbeckerwest hi! So I’m looking at the receipt for the package that was sent out first, and it was the Free People dress but with your shipping label. When I type in that tracking number it shows it was delivered to Downers Grove on 6/15. Are you sure there’s no other place a package may have been delivered to you?

jbeckerwest @bdemorat My husband just brought up a package-- it is a yellow long sleeve dress? Sorry, I usually am on top of when I order things, so this one slipped my eye in the mail room. I'm not sure how I got both, but I can try to send back tomorrow.

jbeckerwest @bdemorat I think the seller has to arrange for the return packing slip as there was no ”sent wrong item” option when I tried to do it myself. Once I have the packing slip, I’ll try to drop off as soon as I can.
