claudia123cc Hi I’m the one that sold you the shoes that you left a one star rating. I have no other way to be able to contact you I wish that you would open up a case and then they will just refund your money I would rather have that then you’ll be disappointed with the shoes Thank you

jennipurr_blake @claudia123cc Hi. I tried to open up a case but Etsy cuts that off after 72 hours of the package being delivered. Unfortunately a family member picked up the package and I was not able to get my hands on it until 2 days later.

jennipurr_blake @claudia123cc thank you for getting them refunded. I looked in the box a bit closer today and I think it happened from them being shipped in a box with no padding. There was shredded leather bits all over the interior of the box that was the same type of leather as what was all shredded on the entire exterior of both shoes. I’d still be happy to send them back if you want them though, I really can’t see myself using them in the shape they’re in.
