poshing_therapy Hi Jennifer, Please accept my apologies for any confusion. I managed to cancel our transaction but the status shows on my closet as "Sold" even though under "My Sales" it shows as "Cancelled." Perhaps it takes some time for the status to change back as available. Poshmark has approved the cancellation. Are you able to create a bundle with the listing on your end? If not, please know that I'm staying on top of the issue so I can get your package shipped out ASAP.

shannonshops265 Hi Jennifer, I have contacted Poshmark on your behalf, I dropped off a slew of packages at Canada Post in Markham (hi Neighbour!) yesterday. Yours included. They aren’t tracking yet. Christmas rush? I’ll let you know the second I know, although Poshmark is pretty good at informing you. When you item starts to track. I have faith that they will get to you, but if it doesn’t (I have had a few things go missing with CP,) Poshmark ALWAYS reimburses you fully. 🥰Shannon
