yeahgirl The poor rating you gave was absurd. That bag was carried twice and in excellent condition. If you thought it was not clean you shouldn’t have accepted it. I would have happily given you your money back over ruining my seller rating. If you were expecting a new bag when you purchased a pre owned bag for less than 25% of its value, I apologize.

jennyvega1 @yeahgirl I’m sorry I don’t want to hurt anyone’s score but this purse was not as expected. I have purchased many purses on this site and always rate 5 stars. I rated this lower because of the wear and stains on the purse that were not visible in the photo. It’s not in excellent condition as you stated and if you used it twice it was some pretty hard use. You might want to note imperfections so buyers are not caught off guard.
