rforchildren Hi Jeremy, This is the tracking number. 9405511202061401730805 I called UPS I couldn’t get through to anyone but.. it asked for my zip code. Once I put my zip code in- it reported due to COVID mail has slowed down considerably, but it is on route I gave you the tracking number? I’m also going to send you the shipping information. rforchildren I’m sorry about the issue. This is so ridiculous. You must have received the date when the package went out, right? It was December 19th. I’ll call tomorrow morning and hopefully be able to speak with a person. I’ll keep you updated. Thanks for being so patience
