dbowen8268 Sorry for any issues with the Judith Leiber handbag and i wish you had reached out first before issuing me a low rating. The handbag was bought new in West Palm Beach FL by my mom who was in her 80's at the time. Nothing has been added to the handbag and she never put anything on the chain to change its color. If i were to guess the metal has oxidized over the years and it can easily be cleaned. Feel free to return the item if your not satisfied.
