hausofhens Hi Jessica. I was getting the dress ready to ship and the zipper is not going down. It usually just sticks but I didn’t want you to pay for it if it won’t zip. I contacted PM and waiting to hear back. I would still send it if you’re interested in getting it fixed. So sorry.
