aheinz75 Hello. I'm so extremely sorry that my packaging caused you to cut the shirt when opening and I feel awful about it. If you are able to open a case I will advise Poshmark that it was my fault (packaging) that caused damage so you can have a refund. Since you've accepted and rated I'm not sure if that's an option. If its not an option, I will have to mail you the refund. I have never had a issue like this and I'm really sorry that it happened on your purchase.

I have no clue how to contact people on here, so accepting in order to leave the feedback was the only way I knew how to let anyone know about the problem. I've contacted support, but not yet heard back. I will keep you posted when I do. Thank you for your willingness to resolve this - I was so excited about the shirt!
