posh_by_design I'm so sorry the shoes are different than you thought! That is not what I like to hear. Please feel free to use my pictures if you would like to try and reposh them! Usually a seller is rated on their work and if the item is as described. I can tell you from shopping on here, there are times when the service will not be the same. I guess every experience is different!

posh_by_design I try extremely hard to be a 5 star seller, and I actually have a perfect rating on almost 200 sales. So that's why I'm freakin out over here, lol. I really am sorry they're different, as I want everyone to be so happy. That's why I put in the extra work to ship fast, add gifts, etc.
