ggfisher @jrheaume36 what is the reason for you opening a case on the boots that you purchased??? The description met the condition of the boots exactly!You could have asked me or brought any issues to my attention before escalating an open case to posh! I'll gladly refund your money upon receiving my shoes back.

jrheaume36 @ggfisher iIfvyou read my comment I said I accepted the sale however maybe you should check over your items before selling them . It has a nail coming through the heel . I am planning on keeping them and will figure something out!!!!!

ggfisher @jrheaume36 I look over all of my items and do not sell without sone form of explaining any said damage etc. Thank you for suggesting that I do better job but I will pass on your advice. As I mentioned the boots were not worn only tried on and There was no complaint of a "nail" issue.

ggfisher @jrheaume36 as to how you can "figure" this our, you can close the case on this so that it diez not negatively impact me since you're keeping the boots. It seems the "nail" issue wasn't so bad if there was one at. I'd like to move on from this and highly suggest that you ask more questions on any future posh purchases!
