mi6797 Welcome Jessica! I want to clarify due to the sensitive nature of a 100% cashmere sweater, I only steamed and brushed this sweater before mailing it to you. It was worn three times and in very clean condition. Maybe it got crumbled in the mail? Thank you for your comments and rating!
