Hi there- I’m so sorry you feel that way about your experience shopping my closet. I want you to know that it was not my intention to misrepresent the item as it was somewhat difficult to describe. As far as the damaged box, it was in perfect shape when I dropped it at the post office so I’m not sure what USPS did during transit. I’ve reached out to Poshmark to see if there is any way for me to issue you a refund but not sure they will be able to since the item was already accepted.

@lkatie7 Thanks for your message Katie. I wish there was a better way to communicate here, I would’ve done so earlier. I’m not going to worry about this too much—I have the shirt, will find a friend or something for whom it will work. I appreciate your desire to make right, thank you. @fashzen_forward thanks, I think it’s too late for that? I’ll look, but I find the communication and policies around here somewhat mystifying. I could’ve made a claim before accepting the item, but I intended to keep the sweater anyway. I just wish I had known about the hole.

@fashzen_forward yeah, it won’t let me do anything after accepting the order. But there’s no chance to talk to you before making a claim, which I don’t like either! Are you offering a discount toward a future purchase? I’m not sure what you mean, but thanks for your response. Wish the platform was more accommodating for communication!

@terraaria lots of black shirt photos look like that in pics, photographing black can pick up all kinds of textures that come across as specks or spots. In any case, might be good to mention sparkles in future listings as some might see that as a bonus! Not my thing, but I’m sure it would be for others. Thank you.

@jezerka79 I’m not sure what you mean… if I saw sparkles on black, as it appears in the photos (each of them), as you just confirmed that you saw, that would be a strong enough indicator that there are indeed sparkles present. If I had any question about that I would reach out to confirm, as I suggest in each of my listings. There’s simply too many questions that can be asked about a particular item, therefore I do specifically note to reach out with any questions.

@terraaria No need for getting upset, I have done hundreds of orders on Poshmark, and for better or for worse the platform has limits. I went back and looked for sparkles, that I was describing, but it really doesn’t matter. Feedback is feedback, do with it what you will. Good luck out there!
