@jeshaven1 I do not know the exact style my wife has had these for a little while but when I looked them up online they are similar to the Loubi Queen Red Sole Ankle Wrap Sandals. Her mom bought them for her as a gift for her birthday before I met her. I hope this helps!

@vass777 do you see how the sole lays flat? The strap on the pair you sent is directly underneath, actually lifts, the sole of the shoe. The pair you reference has as rap that originates lower and does not interfere with the sole of the shoe-does not lift it. The strap is much longer in this pair as well and the color does not match. Am I incorrect or misinformed? I’ve never seen the strap lift the sole and this was not evident in the photos nor mentioned in the description.

@jeshaven1 Good morning. In reference to what you are talking about where the straps meet the soles, that was clearly shown in my pictures (multiple clear photos) and does not pose any issues with the shoes.
In reference to the straps, I specifically mentioned what they do and referred to the length of them by saying "The straps wrap around your ankle a few times and then buckle".

@jeshaven1 Just a heads up...it would be much appreciated to ask all these questions before you purchase and I-ship them to you rather than after :/ On my listing for these shoes, you didn't ask me any questions you just sent an offer and I accepted it out of good faith. @vass777 I didn’t even consider a bad rating for you. Wondering about CL. For clarity, the 2-D pic from above doesn’t show the sole is raised from the shoe bed. I should’ve asked the style and made inquiries first. I’m happy with them! just haven’t owned CL before & wonder if this is something that more vintage shoes are like? Should I worry that the sole will separate? Do you think I should “glue” it down or something? Cobblers are not common here 😞I’m sorry if I seemed upset. I’m not.

I would definitely take them to a shoe repair place if you're concerned about it I would not glue anything yourself. The Christian Louboutin shoes are made very well and original price on these is like $800 +. I'm happy you love them...ENJOY! ;)

@fenway70 no but either the brand has vastly changed it size 40 or these are not real. They say “40” but when measured they are an American size 10 at 41... usually that means someone tried to paint red on the bottoms of an American imposter shoe. With hundreds of this brand, I’ve never had one labeled a “40” that fits like a “41.” The measurements show that these are not authentic

@fenway70 you can accept a return, maybe I’ll pay the extra $ to have them authenticated through Poshmark... if I’m wrong about them being imposters, then you keep the extra. If not, you can always resell them

@jeshaven1 .. these shoes are authentic. I only purchase authentic merchandise. I bought these shoes for a wedding I never went to from a high end department store. I’m sorry you have your doubts they are clearly not painted on. I made sure I posted a pic of the heels in my photos to show authenticity.

@jeshaven1 ... I purchased my size.. I tried them on. I do not purchase imposter items. Are you head to just dispute items. I value my reputation. I’ve already been scammed once on here. You clearly saw the size in my posted photos I have nothing absolutely nothing to hide.

@fenway70 do you understand the dispute? The size on the shoe (according to measurements in the store) shoe that this shoe is not authentic. You have a shoe with an American 41 being falsely sold as their shoe at a size 40. Apparently this is common.

@fenway70 The shoes are not the size shown in the picture. Unless you posted a picture with the tape measure proving it was 40, then simply labeling a shoe 40 doesn’t make it so. I had them measured and they are a 41 masquerading as a 40.

@fenway70 the size is not authentic because the shoe is not! Just because you say you bought at a store doesn’t make it so! Clearly if the brand store says the measurements prove it’s not real... what do you think I’m supposed to do? Don’t gaslight me and pretend that it’s my fault you sold a fake. It’s your reputation you gambled with when you sent a shoe that I can prove isn’t real!
