I am so incredibly sorry you are having problems with the zipper- please know that I had absolutely no inclination that anything at all could possibly be wrong. I took the time to clean it and care for it and wrapped it extra special for you. I would never have sent you a bag, especially a diaper bag, that was going to be flawed. I'm happy to help out in any way that I can, but I can't imagine what would have caused a zipper problem. As always, feel free to shoot me a text if you'd like!
