jomajorana Hey there! Apparently there is a process for when 2 orders have been swapped by accident, and PM sends each of u the correct shipping labels to mail back to each other & covers the cost all around. They listed the case as “resolved”, but wanted to reach out here so we can keep in touch to make sure everything works out.

jomajorana If the other girl can’t ship your package asap, just let me know if you’d like a refund and I’ll figure out how to make that happen. In the meantime, could u send the other package to her when u get a chance using the label that u should receive from PM?

jfaught412 @jomajorana yes, I received the prepaid label from PM and will put the package to the other buyer in the mail tomorrow! I’ll wait to see if the other girl can send me the orange sweater asap and let you know if I would prefer a refund if we don’t hear from her by Monday. Thanks!

jomajorana @jfaught412 hello! I just got an email saying that the orange sweater has been re-shipped and is on its way to you! I really hope it gets to you by Thursday, but if for any reason you want to return it just let me know and I’ll be happy to offer a refund. And I think poshmark will notify me when you’ve re-shipped the item that was misdelivered to you😁👍🏽 thanks in advance for taking the time to do that!
