Hi Jill, I did mail your order on Saturday, but I just received a notice of a reminder to ship. I am thinking the weather here (we are shut down in the DFW area due to snow and temperatures.), and the holiday on Monday could have caused delays. I will follow up if I don’t get notified it has shipped. I apologize for the inconvenience. Hope your weather is better there!❤️

@jpere Hi Jill, I still have not received a notification that the package has shipped. Electricity and water outages everywhere the last few days. I’ll give it a couple more days to see. It is unusual circumstances, but I can’t imagine it would take this long to process. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll take the necessary steps to refund, etc....if i don’t get notified by tomorrow. Again, so sorry. 💕

@jpere I just called Post Office, and was told packages mailed from Saturday on were processed and left this morning. It was the first time they were able to get a truck in or out due to ice/snow. Just keeping you updated.😀
