Jill, I am so sorry about the bracelet not progressing in tracking. I tried to call the post office today with the tracking number and I could not reach an actual person to speak to. I realize they are swamped, but I am fearful that it is lost in the shuffle some where. I am happy to refund you, or whatever you would like to do. I assume I will need to get Poshmark involved. Please just let me know what you prefer. Again, I am so sorry. I hope this wasn't a Christmas present. :(
