Hi! This is Lisa with Cleo & Fig! My assistant shipped your Chan Luu cashmere scarf but she sent the dark grey with sparkles not the black! This one is super pretty and more expensive so if you love it keep it - if not let me know and we’ll rush out the black scarf!

@jillfried It was an honest mistake it’s a busy holiday season, we have the black scarf for sale as you can see, we have to follow the procedures set up by PoshMark so they will issue you a paid return label. You are welcome to ask that they refund your purchase or we will as promised ship the black scarf to you!

@jillfried please understand yet again I’m sharing that we have the black scarf ready to ship, we just need to wait for Poshmark to send you a paid return label! I’m guessing perhaps you haven’t shopped with Poshmark previously? Entirely your call, just let them know!

@jillfried we can’t without a paid return label to you from PoshMark! It protects the seller and the customer, otherwise imagine how many people would keep both items never returning the incorrect item to the seller?

@jillfried I explained to you that we are more than happy even still today to rush out the black scarf, but Poshmark has to issue a return label to you We can’t give that to you it comes from Poshmark. I cannot send the black scarf until Poshmark confirms that they have given you the prepaid return label. Me as the seller do not have control over you getting the return label that comes to you via Poshmark.

@jillfried You’re not out anything, the gray scarf was shipped, it’s probably going to arrive today, we can’t stop it in transit. You’re not out $150 just cancel the order they will refund immediately just cancel.

@jillfried I’m glad it finally arrived, thanks, but again I don’t issue the return label that’s the responsibility of PoshMark. I’ve contacted them and you’ve filed a claim so I’m not sure what’s the issue except maybe because of the holidays it’s really busy for them to get back to customers?

@jillfried so we can do this; forget PoshMark, I’ll email you a return label myself and I’ll just pay for it. Once you have sent the scarf back I can send you the black one. Otherwise if you want the $150 and to return the scarf PoshMark can only do that, they have your $150 on hold. I’m very angry because I’ve missed out on selling the scarf you have three times already.
