Hi Jill, while wrapping the Ugg boots I just noticed one of the zippers is missing the pull tab; the zipper is intact and can still operate but it would be easier w the pull tab( if I dint hear from you by Tuesday I will mail and if you are disappointed you can return it cancel or whatever. I really want buyers to be satisfied.
