If you've already been to the post office and sent the package back to me you'll still need to open up a case review. Then they'll send you a return shipment label and you can just slap it on an empty envelope and pop it in the mail.

They will then email you a return shipment label and refund the cost of your bundle and shipping costs. If you still want the items you purchased I have to relist them and you have to repurchase them. I will include the free ad Taylor cowl neck top that you chose and I will pay your shipping costs if you still want the stuff.

The Ann Taylor cowl neck blouse is in the box. You won't see a picture of it in the listing because that's free. When you repurchase the bundle don't forget that I am paying for the shipping. I contacted Poshmark and ask them to refund your money and shipping cost ASAP.

closetmeister Hi! Went to wrap your items, But only have the Butterfly, the maze pendant is nowhere to be found. After 3 hrs of searching I found 3 I didn’t know I had. I think I mixed up the 1 which is so similar to the maze & listed the wrong pic. So. Your call —I’ll post all pics so u can either choose another if u like or I’ll refund u immediately. These r the most extravagant. They r unlike anything anyone has seen. I’ll take group pics & tag u if I can. I need stronger readers!

closetmeister You are completely incorrect. I have the brochure from the designer, it looks like glitter but it is not it is pulverized AUTHENTIC GEMSTONE. Your “opinion” gave me the lowest rating I have ever gotten on this site and is incorrect and completely unfair. These pendants are on ALL NATURAL GEM QUALITY STONE. The deal u got was unbelievable. TAKE IT TO A JEWELER!!

I will contact Poshmark, send them a copy of the only brochure I have and see if they can right a really unfair wrong. It’s not even resin!!!! As u said, it’s a thin glass covering the gemstones so they stay vibrant and reflect light. I am so upset. Resin?? Really? Send them back! I’m only too happy to refund you. meloakes21 @closetmeister Looks like this buyer gives consistently low ratings for no good reason. They ave me a low rating because I didn't go "above and beyond to do a handwritten note and gifts". I guess I need to look at the buyer's reviews so I can lower my expectations. Low rating or not I still get paid for the item! Not my problem if you regret your purchase for unrelated reasons. Check out the Reddit forum "choosing beggars" for Karens like this.

closetmeister Oh my god these are handmade with a specially created thin GLASS top cut specifically for ea round to protect it! I am so upset that people like this just CHOOSE to cause others upset! And she got one on GENUINE LAPIS LAZULI that round alone is worth more than she paid for the whole bundle. I will from now on read the comments made by others B4 I sell. Sellers should beware. I would not sell to this person ever again under any circumstances!
