I tried to ship ypur Eileen Fisher coat yesterday but it weighed over the 5 pound limit, so I had to request the next level shipping label, which should be emailed to me today. No charge for the extra shipping as its my fault, didn't realize this coat would weigh as much. But it's a nice substantial weight and super cute. thanks for your patience!

koolstylesbymag hi there, sorry for the delay in sending your Eileen Fisher coat. It turns out the coat weighed over 5 pounds so I had to update the shipping costs and Poshmart then emailed me a new label with the higher postage rate. I am paying the difference as I didn't expect the coat to weigh over 5 pounds. I will ship out tomorrow. Thanks for your patience!
