@cancoconnorpwns I never received the bag in the mail. I cancelled my order almost a month ago because you never provided any tracking information and the order information page continued to say that shipping was pending. Next time, I would encourage you to take a more proactive approach to communicating with your buyers, and providing shipping tracking information ASAP, rather than saying that things are either lost in the mail or delayed at the post office.

@jrc0725 i don’t provide the tracking information, the post office does. You can see it when you go to purchased items then select tracking info. I dropped 4 packages off at the post office and all 4 got scanned in wrong. This package was one of them. I opened a case with usps to find this package, they are just now getting back to me.

@jrc0725. I understand that you canceled this packaged but you canceled it after I shipped it out. USPS sated if they find the package it will get shipped to you. I wanted to let you know that this is still a possibility. And to let you know if you do receive we can pay to ship it back to us. I understand your confusion and apologize for the lack of communication, we have been waiting for figure everything out. Thank you for working with us we appreciate your flexibility.
