amattsson Hi Joan, just wanted to let you know when I went to ship the jacket I found a spot on the back of the sleeve, I went ahead and shipped it but I also included a full refund including your shipping. If I was my size I probably would still wear it, but I don’t like to sell items that aren’t as described. So we wanted to Make it right. Thank you for your business. And hope it still might work for you.

practicalstar @amattsson I have sent 2 previous 'comments' to your Poshmark comment about the blazer you sent me and there has been no reply. Possibly I did not send these comments correctly and you never received them. I need your assistance on the details of this transaction/refund under the circumstances. This blazer was my first order thru Poshmark and I do not want to do anything incorrectly. Please reply.

amattsson @practicalstar yes sorry I did not see the comment. I had emergency appendectomy wed evening. Yes. If you just hit accept it will release the funds to my account. And again I’m sorry for any inconvenience this caused. I did see it till I was packing up the jacket.

practicalstar @amattsson Angela, I am so sorry to hear you had to have emergency surgery! Hope you are recovery well. I will keep you in my prayers. As a seller, will Poshmark charge you a percentage for this 'sale' so to speak? And, if so, do you want to handle this transaction differently thru Poshmark?

amattsson @practicalstar no. It’s just a few dollar loss, it happens on occasion and I just believe in making it right for the customer. And I don’t recommend having your appendix out as a way to get time off work. Can’t do anything! 🤪🙂😷
