Bundling is where you want multiple items from the one closet. There is a button right next to the ❤️ and before the share button. You got that and the item is then put into a bundle where you can add as many items as you want. Most poshers will give a better discount when you bundle and it saves on shipping. If you were to buy each item separately you'd be charged shipping on each item vs if you bundle you only pay shipping once.

@annjobar82 sorry phone and it's auto correct. You hit that and item is then added to the bundle. I hope that helps out a little. If you don't understand, I'll do my best to try and explain better.

Hi! I am so sorry that your necklace broke in transit! If this happens again, you need to open a case with Poshmark and they will refund you! It was definitely not broken when shipped so it was damaged by the post office. You might still try messaging Poshmark to see about a refund. Use the problem/order inquiry function on the order. They will get a refund from the insurance on the package. I am so sorry it broke - I thought it was well packaged!

@annjobar82 also, since the damage was from USPS, they should refund just because you have to have it fixed or fix it yourself. You paid for a whole undamaged necklace and that is not what you received due to USPS negligence.
