khug15 Hi, I am not sure why you gave me a 4 star rating. I did not create the sizing label in the clothes, the clothing manufacturer did. I suggest in the future you review brand websites for sizing charts or buy from the store where you can try things on, as there is absolutely nothing I could have done to prevent you from thinking what is a labeled by the reputable clothing label as a small "fit more like a medium".

skisav @khug15 I presently own 5 pairs of New York and Company small shorts. I have shopped and purchased shorts directly from their store. So, I am well aware of the sizing. I gave you 4 out of 5 because the product was in beautiful shape, but the product was too big for a small. I still gave you a high rating and would highly recommend you as a vendor!
