Sorry for some reason the app keeps shutting down when I try to comment in the problem/inquiry area. It was meant to say I did NOT notice the zipper. I apologize again.
I would rather have the jacket come back because the zipper is something I can replace versus spending $40 to have it replaced. That would leave me with basically nothing for the jacket because they will take 20% of five dollars. 😔

@anndeejk Sorry, you paying the $40 to replace the zipper wasn't what I was implying but i see how it could be read that way. I'll box the jacket up and wait to hear what Poshmark says to do next.

If you meant to discount the jacket, not the full $40, that is something I am open to. Whatever works best for you. It’s already there I really don’t want you to have to send it back, but I hope you understand that I was thinking you meant take $40 off for you to keep it leaving me with a $5 sale. ☺️ let me know. This is my error and I want to make it right as best that I can.
