lindsey_weems I am so sorry about that pair of shoes! I had them fixed (or so I thought) by a cobbler and then didn’t wear them all winter. Can you file a request to return so you can get your money back? You don’t have to send me the shoes- you can keep them. Again, so sorry!

lindsey_weems One more thing... not sure if you are new to Poshmark, you don’t have to accept a shipment if there is anything wrong with the item you bought or it wasn’t as described. I hope that doesn’t happen to you again! You can look at my ratings- I have never had a problem, and I want to make sure you are happy, so let me know what I can do for you to make it right.

lindsey_weems @johanny0702 you don’t have to send them back. They literally just sat in the box for an entire year. They say if you haven’t worn something in six months to donate or get rid of it! The only thing I would ask you to do though is just update your comments with the resolution so that anyone else who buys from me will know I will made it right (which I will always do) 😊

Anywho.. update- Posh sent me an email this morning letting me know they were reviewing my request to give you a refund. If they can’t do it, can you wear a size 12petite skirt? I have a white one I wore with the polka dot shirt that I can send you. I used to wear the two together.

lindsey_weems Good morning! Posh sent me an email stating that they can’t issue a refund because you have already accepted. I can send the white skirt for free, or if you would rather have the blouse you just bought, I will cancel the order so you don’t get charged, and I will send it to you with the polka dot one.
