lafoster71 @juanito2004 Hello John. I contacted Poshmark and opened up a case on the product from my end. They stated you will have to do the same from yours. Under where you go to verify item was received you will see a tab for problems/inquiry. You will generate an email and explain the problem with the order. Case does not fit phone. Request a refund from seller. Do not accept the item. shipping label to mail the item back.

It was an honest mistake. It was not my item but my son's. In the original listing he had it would fit a iPhone 6plus and I thought 6 but he said he had it worded to be a 6 plus s. He was at camp. I thought I understood listing and what it fit, which is why I sold it to you.

lafoster71 I picked him up on sat. He immediately told me I was wrong in selling product. I already had reached out to Poshmark prior to you receiving package asking how to proceed. I explain i sold a product that would not fit your phone in error and that I will have seriously disappointed customer. They said again they would reach out to warn you prior to package being delivered. Again, I apologize. I should have not attempted to sell his product. It was not with malice and you will be reimbursed.

Next step will be to mail case back with label they provide to you in condition it was received . Once I receive it your money is returned. I apologize for hassle. Did not intend to sell you wrong case. Thought it would fit phone. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
