mcmaficionado @lovinresale Hello, just saw your comment. Sorry, I’m not on here often. I’m a huge lover of mid century and danish modern design. Whenever I can, I go searching for pieces but seems that a lot more people have caught on to how awesome it is and so, it’s getting harder to find the good stuff. I still do though from time to time. Are you a fan as well?

lovinresale @mcmaficionado I am! I have a few odds n ends of mcm and Im in a mcm FB group. Also have a spot in an antique mall in Rittman. I forgot why I originally wrote you but it might because I picked up some Danish looking chairs that I wasn’t sure about and since you called yourself an “officianado” didn’t know where you utilized that skill!

mcmaficionado @lovinresale Awesome. I had no idea that there was an antique mall/store in Rittman. I don’t usually pass through there, Rittman’s kind of tucked away it seems. I’ll have to stop in and check out your booth. Do you have a booth number?

mcmaficionado I’d be happy to tell you what I know about those chairs if you still have them and can attach a pic. I can identify most mcm designers right away but a bit less so with the danish stuff. I sell here and there but mostly buy! :) I have sold a really nice teak dining table/chair set that was made in Norway once and I currently have a danish made teak dining table for sale.

lovinresale @mcmaficionado Ok cool, I might take you up on that! When you say ceramics, MCM ceramics? I have this crazy 4’ tall MCM turquoise lamp that I think might be ceramic? I live right by the CVS. The white victorian with crazy pink trim!

mcmaficionado @dressed22the9s Yes, I have shopped Etsy for some mcm pieces but find most stuff locally. I’ve been collecting mcm for about 20 years and mix it with some danish and American primitive.
