ihagiu @suziewvu Hi there, yes sorry for delay. It is very pretty but that chip is rather prominent & it has friends, there are 3 other smaller chips that are pretty visible when the sun or bright light hits it they definitely do show, I still like the ring enough to keep it, not worth sending it back, but I would like to revisit your suggestion of a discount to make up for that bigger chip and the other smaller ones, so if you’re open then whatever you think is fair I would appreciate :) thanks much

suziewvu @ihagiu this is what they said to do Since the item has already been shipped to the buyer, please have the buyer file an "Item Not Described" case so our team so we may better assist the buyer in a proper formal case as we are unable to provide partial refunds at this time and we are so sorry for the inconvenience.

ihagiu @suziewvu I can do that but I don’t wanna get you in trouble or make it look bad for your business for future buyers because it sounds like a disappointed customer who didn’t know what to expect, but we had talked before so it’s not quite the case. Can you ask them if it makes you look bad or if it’s private, I don’t want to create a negative situation for you. Also ask is there another way to give me a credit on Poshmark or something for future purchases?
