@heaven1101 yeah don’t blame you for asking for a refund...as you can see it’s not our fault it’s USPS fault and I’m sorry but a refund cannot be issued until the shoes are back at our department..

@heaven1101 we have already contacted Poshmark and they will be getting back to us. It’s a strong possibility they can help speed the situation up. As far as we know it was in Memphis. Have you checked your mail today because it’s a possibility it could be coming to u today as well. Even if the system doesn’t say so
