kyleijonea Hi! (: I saw where you left me a 1 star on your bundle purchase; I am sorry the items did not work for you! The pants, however, have never been hemmed. That is the regular length for the type of jeans that they are. My boyfriend wears anywhere from a 30 to a 32 in length, so I am a bit confused as to how they measure a 28 in length. Again, I am sorry that your purchase was unpleasant! Thank you for an honest rating. I hope you have a blessed new year!
