@stellarrrr packaged was returned to sender. It said it couldnt forward it so you need to contact poshmark support and get a refund or update address so you get the package. Maybe because 2 different accounts? Would be happy to send an address that works. Youre going to have to contact support to help you. The address it was mailed to sent it back because it couldnt be delivered it said.

@olivia_anne_sm got it. Yeah, I went to the post office today and spoke with the woman at the front as I was very confused on my packages from all over and my mail would not deliver. They said theyโd talk to our USPS carrier - but my packages from 3 Poshmark orders were waiting for me (two pairs of shoes for me and another item), but no sign of the boys boots or the boys jeans. @stellarrrr

I am waiting until the post office gets this issue resolved before continuing to have others send more packages but our other email has suddenly halted as well, which is very frustrating.

I contacted you on this to get updated address then that woman replied so I assumed the accounts were the same and there was a mix up of the address... but the orders say the account who ordered it is @jordanbass23

@olivia_anne_sm I updated your rating, I got confused on the entire thing as I had a lot going on. I am newer to Poshmark and we recently moved to a new state, which I guess caused the shipping issue even though I had USPS/ FedEx forward our mail. I had been receiving Poshmark packages fine at our new location over the last month until this recent incident. I had no ill intent, I was very confused and it was an honest mistake. No reason to โwatch outโ as it was an accident.

@stellarrrr - returned to the post office again, tried to get to the bottom of the delivery. Posh support keeps telling me boots are delivered but they arent, so must be w/ you. Please lmk. I understand you dont want to ship out another item to have them sent back. There have been errors at USPS, mail has been confirmed forwarded, we moved in August, things have been fine but something happened w/ my Posh account end of Oct when I ordered these from you. Support isnโt helping. I apologize.

@olivia_anne_sm I did this already. Twice. When I first realized the issues were occurring after I hadnโt gotten a slew of deliveries from Poshmark, I did this. The โShipping Addressโ field was completely blanked out. Some glitch occurred within the App. USPS/Support couldnโt provide answers. This has been very frustrating. I updated the Shipping Address to a completely different address as well.

Also, the address in Poshmark has been the new address since we moved. I at least did that. It was literally cleared out, there was no shipping address listed, I have no idea why. ๐

@jordanbass23 Hi Jordan. My โvacationโ has actually been due to my husband becoming ill. Hospitalized 7 weeks today. Two hours from our home and my Posh closets. Battling acute pancreatitis with necrosis. Mean stuff, but he continues to be a trooper and is making very slow progress.
I may return home next weekend. I know exactly where the dress is. If you are still interested in it, let me know. Iโll be in touch once I have it in my possession.

@jordanbass23 I went home this weekend for a little break from hospital life. Hubby is stable but theyโve not decided how to remove necrotic tissue. This is a slowwww process. We have newfound respect for the complicated, often misunderstood pancreas. Anyway, I thought of you while home and brought back jumper you originally liked. Itโs available for purchase. @rockndoc1 hi! I didnโt buy one from anyone on here, but I did purchase from Best Buy! I๐ซถ๐ปit! My hair is straight and I have learned with using the Dyson, using strong hold mousse and get it to about 80-85% dry, then use it mid-hot and do a cold shot and then I leave it alone completely for about 30 minutes, then give it a brush, spray and done!
Did you end up buying one? I felt better with Best Buy and brand new since there would be a warranty, etc. โบ๏ธโบ๏ธ๐ Keep me posted!!
