@contrabandrack if it’s just loose stitching on a button I’m ok with it and you can send it as-is. If it’s like a snap button or something more serious, then yes please have it fixed.

@contrabandrack Sorry you’re upset. However, the leather cleaner you or your tailor used is not for suede. You guys used Lexol. Which I happen to know is not for suede. The jacket smells of the cleaner. Been several months and it still smells.

@contrabandrack Sounds like you want the jacket back. I’d gladly sell it back you since I have not been able to wear it anyway (with the smell I described). But honestly I don’t want to deal with having to pack it up and ship it to you. I’m not gonna change the rating. Not even sure there’s a way.
