kmkrx72 @jmm1410 That is bizarre with the paper being yellowed and torn and shredded, especially if the outside envelope was ok. Did I mail to you in a white envelope or yellow? If I had to make a guess...we had horribly heavy rains this week and flooding in Arkansas . If the envelope was yellow...it may have been discoloration from the envelope,
