josiezizza @deannaviel Hi Deanna, I can appreciate the request to see what may provide a 5 star rating. I have found that a small card saying thank you or tissue paper wrapping of the items in the box especially when there is no original box or dust bags. Think in the concept of boutique packaging when you receive a higher end item. I hope this helps. Keep smiling. Josie
