monique1125 Hi, I am so sorry it's taking a long time to recieve your boots. Apparently there was an issue at the post office and I had to open a case so that they can find the package.. I also contacted Poshmark support to see if there was anything that can be done.I checked to see if the other packages I had dropped off that day were delivered and they were, so I thought it was strange that yours was not.

monique1125 Hi, so sorry! I have a case open for the missing parcel and they said it might take a few days to find the package. I went ahead and canceled the order so you aren’t out of your money and waiting. As soon as I hear anything about it, I’d be more than happy to get them out to you again. I’m so sorry this happened.
