jenkiesitsj If you feel the item was not as described it would be mutually beneficial that you not have accepted it and instead of poor rating kept your $7. I made 4$ off that sale so it was not an item I sold to defraud you of money. I bought that skirt new and yes, have worn it only 3-5 times, machine washed/dried it as many. Perhaps I should have described that it was a thin fabric with rough edge outer layer on the ruffles.
