@maxamum_shoes Hi, thanks for the message. The reason for the rating was that the shoes were way bigger than the described size 7. They did not fit at all :-(. I looked up the Birkenstock size chart and size 38 is actually size 7-7.5 which was partly my fault for not looking up before I purchased, that’s why I went ahead and kept the shoes instead of not accepting them since they were not actually as described a true 7. Thanks anyway.

@geojudith it clearly states size L7 on the footbed of the sandal. That’s ladies size 7. (By Birkenstock, not me.) Unfortunately it’s not my fault the sandals didn’t fit. That shouldn’t affect your rating. Additionally, you clearly feel they were worth the buy as you’ve marked them up almost 4 times what you paid and copyrighted my pictures without my permission. Pretty frustrated by all your actions at this point.

I have removed your photos since I was unaware they were copyrighted. I am rightfully allowed to sell any product I own at any price I set as long as they are true to their description, which my listing is.
