erikasclosets Hi thank you for your order before I ship I want to clarify Zara shoe size. Please check my comment at listing. Size 9 may be incorrect. I have tape measure which indicates 8-8.5 not 9.

erikasclosets @jukeboxdandy No. I apologize. Toe is pointed widest point 3.25" with room for toes. So 8-8.5 size boot. They must run small. The inside of boot is lined so no give. I am concerned these are not going to fit you. We can communicate at boot page. If you wish to cancel sale I totally understand. I will relist as 8 again.

jukeboxdandy I am new here, so I don't know exactly what you meant by "communicate at boot page" sorry. I think we should cancel the order as I need a 9. Thanks for your honesty. Problem is, Poshmark has already taken money from my bank account. Can you get that refunded for me? Thanks so much for your help.

erikasclosets @jukeboxdandy Ok so you want to cancel sale? I will cancel sale on my end. None of your money is tranferred to me until you get bought item in mail so poshmark will refund you. I apologize again about confusion on boot size. I had to physically measure to realize 8 was closer to true size. If you go to my page to where you bought boots click on that zara bootie, there is place below photos to communicate about item. This is manufacturer issue and I am embarrassed you put you through this

erikasclosets @jukeboxdandy I canceled order. Poshmark will refund. i was not trying to get you to email off Poshmark, just to see tape measure photo. I am not a scammer. I had confusion over boot size on this item. I did not intend to inconvenience you. You may need to push credit for the sale back to your bank account tomorrow via app.

jukeboxdandy Oh, no, I didn't think you had any bad intentions, in fact, I was impressed and grateful for your honesty about the size. I have already now received an email from Poshmark assuring me of a refund. I'm happy. This was my first (almost) purchase from Poshmark and I don't have any bad feelings about it at all.
