trendytabs Hi Julia! Thanks so much for your offer on that Topshop dress. I assume you are trying to keep it under $20 with shipping, so would you be willing to do $15 if I price drop it to trigger discount shipping? It should go under $20, but it would also allow me to meet what I need to get for the dress. All you would have to do is like the listing if you haven't already and then I'll drop the price to $15 and it'll trigger the discounted shipping (should be $4.99) 😊
