We have obviously had several previous problems resulting in charges I did not receive items ordered. That is very strange! I will be contacting the fraud Dept at my bank!

If you provide your address I will gladly return to you myself. I wear primarily Spanx as only pants that I know will fit perfectly in either small or XS. These are huge. Material is nothing like Spanx uses. I do not think your fault but know you and others were scammed!
