beoirem @iloveme77 hi Juliana, not sure if you know but mail man left you a note yesterday! He tried to deliver but you weren't at home and because location was not secure he left you a note! Plz check ur note or call Post office ASAP to arrange to pick up your orders so you can Accept them here on Posh ASAP. I've already sent you a note with instructions to ur closet about how to do it! iloveme77 Hi:) I was about to go to the post office to pick up the boxes but somehow they were at my door today, so I got them! I tried on the boots but I did not realize they seem to be "wide" calf and so I don't think I can wear them as they are huge around my leg. Do you take returns? I am really sorry but I can't wear them as there is a 4" or so opening around y upper calf. I really appreciate how accommodating you have been and I was very excited about the boots. Did you note them as wide calf?

iloveme77 Ok I see now it seems you cannot return items:( Would you consider taking them back to re-sell? I am so disappointed that I cannot wear them. If not, I guess I understand.

iloveme77 I just looked inside the boot and they are definitely wide calf as marked inside. Did you specify that in your listing? I really never saw that.

beoirem @iloveme77 good and I apologize about it! But I just find out from you today that those are wide! When I listed the boots I was asked to put size, which is 8.5M I am M so I didn't even know that "W" represents calve size. Having regular calves, I didn't even know, I thought that those letters are some company code for the boots! Sorry again!
