apotokin01 Did your item break during shipment? I have shipped a few of these the same way with no issues. If it broke, there are steps we can take to replace your item. I am very careful while shipping my items, but know from experience that the provided box stands up well. As a posh Ambassador, I rely heavily on my ratings.....please let me know how your concern can be settled. If your item did not arrive damaged, I do not feel three stars is a fair and accurate rating

irishmummum Hello and thank you for your purchase. I photographed the process of wrapping your item and took extra bubble wrap to secure the item both inside the boxed item and out. I used extra paper and styrofoam to ensure safe shipping as well. It is at the post office now and on its way to you! Thanks and have a lovely day!
