Finally, after quite a bit of run around they made me send a picture of my bank statement showing my address, and ID, before they cleared my account of the restriction and i was able to shop again, oh they gave me a 20.00 posh credit for the trouble. . I hope that’s not the case with you, or if it is i hope they have gotten quicker at support tickets. :/
