stacilyn22 So sorry you were unhappy with your purchase and had to leave a negative rating, just wanted to clear up that the packaging is straight from USPS priority mailers, it was 100% washed & the photos show no snags and I inspect all items before sending; so I am unsure how it could have been snagged. But all aside I sincerely apologize you didn’t have a great experience and I hope you have better purchases in the further on this app.
