freshlydipped84 @jcb3rrios Poshmark will automatically refund you the amount you paid, once the item is delivered to my address. You have buyers insurance whenever you make a purchase through the app.

freshlydipped84 The customer messaged me today to tell me he received a jersey instead of the hoodie he ordered. So.i instructed him to send item to my return address. Returning an item is free, Poshmark provides you with a free return label. I wish this never happened, but mistakes are made from time to time. My apologies for the inconvenience.
