shopshuny Good morning, I called usps and opened a case so the lady said they will have to call me back. She only saw the same "in transit" in the system that I see. I'll update you as soon as they let me know something. She did tell me the Texas facilities have been backed up and that may be the case.

shopshuny Hi there. I spoke with my local USPS rep today and she said that it started moving Wednesday night and had made it to Yazoo, MS as of Thursday morning. You should see movement through the tracking number now. She said to give it a couple of days and it should be there. I inquired about a refund on shipping because it's their fault and she said you can definitely submit for one at 15 days. I think it was lost and they just don't want to admit it. I'm so sorry this is happening to your order.

I'm so sorry this inconvenience happened. The post office person working on the case (Gina) offered to to speak with you if you'd like. Just let me know and I'll provide her info. It had to have been shipped somewhere else because it did a full circle. The package has been back here in my town since Saturday when I checked and it's still here as of this morning.

shopshuny I shipped 2 pair of shoes that day and I wonder if they sent both to the other person's city/state and they just stopped all tracking when the mistake was discovered. That's my guess.
